Founded in 2014 by Melody Williams, The Landscape Room has been shaping distinctive outdoor environments with creativity and care for over a decade.

As Principal Designer, Melody brings extensive experience and thoughtful leadership to every project. Having spent several years as Head of the Landscape Design School at Wintec, she has guided and inspired the next generation of landscape designers — a foundation that continues to inform the studio’s design excellence and collaborative approach.

Deeply passionate about architecture, landscapes, and spatial design, Melody draws inspiration from the timeless work of Richard Neutra and Le Corbusier. Their visionary integration of structure, landscape, and artistry continues to inform her refined, holistic approach.

Beyond the studio, Melody can often be found on the sidelines of a sporting match or immersed in experimenting with new dishes in the kitchen — pursuits that reflect the same energy, precision, and creativity she brings to her design work.
